A quote without a source is just loose text.

PromptCTX keeps the application name with every capture. Browser captures can include the page URL and title. Document captures can include the file path when macOS exposes it.

Supported headings, emphasis, code, links, and lists become Markdown. Copies include Markdown, plain-text, and rich HTML flavors for compatible apps.
